I’ve just received Maxim’s chocolates from Paris over the weekend, and have been munching on the dark chocolate ones ever since. 1 word, 3 syllabus – D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S. And I go guilt-free with dark chocolates because of their widely known health benefits, as identified by Reader’s Digest.
Here’s my personal way with the 60% cocoa and above: stuffing ounces of dark chocolate when suffering from monthly menstrual cramps. It lessens the pain for a while, and works as a perfect remedy for ladies with mild cramps. But for feeling-like-a-in-labor-pain cramps people like myself, please ready 2 capsules of Ponstan once the joy-ride is over =)
